What is your opinion on School Zone speed limit?

Hi, for those of you who live in NSW, I am certain you are not unfamiliar with the numerous amount of school zone 40km/h speed limit, where you can only travel at 40km/h during school hour.

But what is your opinion on it?

Do you think it is a good thing or do you think it plan annoying.
