Ugh..if you ever want to have your patience stretched to the utmost limit, try calling the customer service line for AT&T. You know--they could have fairly bright 3rd grade kids answering that line and doing a better job. Seriously. The reps (all in India) know nothing about any technical problems; they read from a card that reviews a series of steps to take that my cat could figure out on her own.
