Ok, it is known that from a western perspective, most Middle Eastern countries are known to be very conservative, this is especially the case when it come to sexaully related activity, where in some countries even married couples showing effection in public is been frowned upon.
However, recently, Saudi Youth have found a new way to flirt with people of the opposite sex, without violating their conservative values, using mobile phones.
