Why other people's Email address appearing on my blog out of the blue 24/7?

Hey guys, I got a question.

Quiet frequently I got Email address that is not mine and I have no idea whose is it appearing on my blog the part that allows people to enter their Email address optionally, after they created a comment.

I saw another one today, with this Email address

"ramon_serban@yahoo.com"

What the hell man?

Can anybody answer my question?
