Jesus Chris, Kevin Rudd got ax as Prime Minister by his own party, without even going through the voters.
What the fuck man?
You see this is what is wrong with this country's governemtn structure, the party that can get the majority of the vote can change the nation's leader whenever they want.
I mean whether we want Rudd back in office or not next term, should be determine by the voters, right?
As if they are doing this leader shift on the NSW State government level they are doing it on a Federal level too, this is bad.
I won't find hard to imagin, how many people that would have originally vote labor would go and vote liberal now, simply because of the fact even if we elect Julia Gillar into power, the Labor backbanch might just replace her with somebody else again.
I swear to god, this is why I say, Australia need a Federal government more similar to the US, where the people elect a President directly and the President form an administration government and is spereate from the Parlimant.

Ok, this is so cool.
I love Will Smith, the guy is fucked Awsome and I always think it will be quiet cool for him to eventually play James Bond. I like the idea of Jet Li or Jackie Chan playing 007 too, but face it, a 100% Asian guy with a white guy last name, that is just wierd, pitty.
But rumor has it Will Smith has recently been confirm that he would be amount the top A list celebrities that would be playing the next 007 James Bond, now that is cool!

(Opinion piece) Just exactly what happened at the Flotilla

The story that took place three days ago, where Israel Commandos opened fire on people on board humanitarian ship Flotilla shocked the world, but just exactly what happened there?
Israel Navy sieze humanitarian ships on international waters that is not of enemy troops is definitly inappropriate. But the problem is that Israel believe there are Hamas forces amount the people on the ship smuggling weapon into Gaza, so...should Israel Navy sieze control of the ship on international waters? Can they not seize control of it when they finally reach Israel water? That is the question at stake here.
That was the part that is more clear, the rest is a blurb that is difficult to understand.
Firstly, why would Israel Commandos open fire on pessanger and crew of Flotilla? The Israellian forces claim that they open fire in self defense against agressive attack against them by crew and pessangers of the ship and they release a video to prove it.
But the question is, is that video real or fake and if it is real, then why did this happen, is this a part of a wider story? Is it just an honest riot amount Flotilla? Did the Israel forces provke them? Is the attack against the soldier just, under the circumstances? Just exactly what happened there, is something nobody would ever know.
Riot amount public is not uncommon e.g. best recent example Tailand Red Shirts, but once again consider the stats of the people on that ship, would they do something like that?
There is so much about that story, which doesn't adds up, somebody is not telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Somebody is either lying or withholding critical information. The question is who.
If this happened on the land, then the chances are the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth would be all over the media and we would have a clear idea about what actually happen, but because it happen on sea, which no where even close to human's natural territory...what happened on the Flotilla that day, I guess only the people who are there would really know the truth.
(Personally, my theory is that there probably was some form of riot taking place on the ship amount some of the 800 crew and passengers, because they are angry at Israel boarding their ship on international water and blocking ships sending supply into Gaza. This is especially considering how angry the Islamic world are towards Israel, already. I think the rioters are more likely to be the smaller majority of the passengers and crew rather then the larger majority, maybe 1/4 of the people on board. The Commandos are trained killing machines, not cops, so while meeting the situation they do what they see fit, consider the opponent as enemy troops and open fire on them. That is what I think happen, but that is my opinion only, one way or another I do not believe Israel have a justifiable excuse to board Flotilla on international waters.)

Israel is allowing the first batch of of humanitarian aid from the blocked flotilla into Gaza after checking it for weapons, and this morning said it would be deporting all foreigners held in the raid, which left nine people dead.
At the northern end of Gaza an Israeli air strike killed three Palestinians after rockets were fired into Israel. Earlier in the day the Israeli army said it killed two militants who crossed the border.
This is the reality of the siege that has been in place since Hamas took power in Gaza in 2007, and the raid on the aid ships that tried to break the blockade has put it into the international spotlight.

NUPSA condemns attacks in Pakistan and on Gaza aid flotilla

LONDON, June 1 (APP): The UK-based National Union of Pakistan Students and Alumni (NUPSA) has strongly condemned the Lahore attacks on the Ahmadiyya community and in the Jinnah Hospital and this is another reminder to all of the grave dangers of extremism and religious bigotry that Pakistan is currently facing. In a statement, NUPSA spokesman Ayyaz Mallick said the organisation is committed in bringing together students and alumni from diverse religious and ethnic backgrounds in Pakistan and creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding and tolerance amongst the coming generations of Pakistanis.
“We would like to take this opportunity to appeal to both the people and government of Pakistan to stand united in support of our brothers and sisters in the face of such dire adversity. We pray for all those who have lost their lives and salute members of our security forces who laid down their lives in bringing the situation under control and preventing further loss of precious human life.”
NUPSA has also condemned Israeli attack on Gaza Aid Flotilla and said this violent episode is once again a reminder of the near apartheid conditions that the people of Gaza are living under and the resultant looming humanitarian crisis.
The student body strongly supports efforts which aim to provide humanitarian aid to the afflicted population and believes in firmly upholding of the universal principles of human equality, dignity and justice.
“We offer our deepest condolences to families who have lost their loved ones in this brazenly inhuman act of violence. Noted Pakistani journalist Talat Hussain, who has also been involved with NUPSA activities in the past, was one of those on board the aid ships and we hope and pray that he, along with other members of the crew, returns safely to their home.”
A leading human right activist Ansar Burney has also strongly castigated Israel for its unprovoked attack on the Gaza aid flotilla and urged the international community to take stringent action against the Jewish State and make efforts for immediate lifting of siege imposed on Gaza Strip.
Similarly, the UK Chapter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in its condemnation of Israeli action said Gaza Strip has been under a relentless Israeli blockade since the Hamas were elected to run the coastal territory in June 2007.
“Israel has a long history of blatant disregard of the International Law and the Geneva Convention and it is about time that the Muslim world come together to break the siege of Gaza,” party’s UK co-ordinator Rabia Zia said.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Council for Human Rights (JKCHR) has also criticised Israel for its murderous action on the flotilla that led to the deaths of 19 members of this humanitarian mission.
Secretary-General Dr.Syed Nazir Gilani said boarding the ships, killing of members of this humanitarian mission, which included women, is brutal and inhuman behaviour very rarely witnessed in recent history. It constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and norms and needs effective global condemnation. Israel is on the wrong side of history and has sinned against humanity.

“Israel has a long history of blatant disregard of the International Law and the Geneva Convention and it is about time that the Muslim world come together to break the siege of Gaza,” party’s UK co-ordinator Rabia Zia said.
Meanwhile, Jammu and Kashmir Council for Human Rights (JKCHR) has also criticised Israel for its murderous action on the flotilla that led to the deaths of 19 members of this humanitarian mission.
Secretary-General Dr.Syed Nazir Gilani said boarding the ships, killing of members of this humanitarian mission, which included women, is brutal and inhuman behaviour very rarely witnessed in recent history. It constitutes a flagrant violation of international law and norms and needs effective global condemnation. Israel is on the wrong side of history and has sinned against humanity.
